Flexibility Activities

Gaining enough flexibility to perform your sport the best is the “Holy Grail” of every Artistic Swimmer! Irene has provided you all with a series of exercises designed to improve this very important area of training.

The exercises are divided up into 3 different categories:

  • Passive Flexibility (using gravity to develop range)
  • Active Flexibility (increase strength using Therabands)
  • Ballistic Flexibility (kicking activities to improve leg power)

Regular repetition of these activities will DEFINITELY give you a flexibility advantage in the pool!
