Privacy

As a general rule, I do not share contact details or information with any third party. I may send you email updates from time to time but you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our programs are run in a closed environment. Our resources are accessed through a secure login, where videos can be viewed and resources downloaded.

There is no uploading of photos or videos required from students.

We will often, however, be operating closed Facebook groups for specific intakes of students. Membership of the group strictly needs to be in the account of the responsible adult and not the student. There are strict codes of conduct around this. In these groups, which will be private, you can share progress photos or videos of your student with our little closed community. This is your choice and there is no expectation that you will do this.

We will obtain your express consent below for exceptions to this such as graduation concerts so we know whether to include your child. We can often edit in just dancing legs if this is a good compromise but also respect if you do not wish for your child to participate at all.

Waiver of Risk

Parents and children need to assume responsibility for the work that the child is doing and for making certain the environment and conditions are suitable. Participation in gymnastics and dance activities carries with it a reasonable degree of risk which needs to be managed in your own home. We, therefore, waive our liability for damage or injury.

Cyber Safety

As with any activity conducted online, it is important to be aware of cyber safety issues to protect our children. Here is a link to an excellent resource put together by Gymnastics NSW. We highly recommend reading over it.

Our program will be run in a closed environment, however as with all online activity, adults will need to supervise and monitor activity.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available up until 24 hours before the commencement of any program, less a 10% administration fee. Once a course commences, no refunds are available.
