Flexibility development and training is quite a complex, and potentially misunderstood area of physical development within our sport.

Developing flexibility for our sport is a constant balance between the ever-increasing power requirements of our sport and the aesthetic, skill shape ideals being demanded within the Artistry realm. We are often using antiquated, out-dated methodologies and beliefs when creating our flexibility programs

I have specifically chosen exercises that are designed FOR GYMNASTS and included Passive, Active & ballistis flexibiity activities to ensure you gain the most development in the shortest time possible!
