Sports Specific Ballet Barre: Master the Mechanics


Ballet has a very long and ancient history of tradition, training programs and etiquette.  It is the perfect training companion for all Gymnasts by developing poise, posture & an elegant strength of movement that only comes from Ballet-based work!

BALLET is a foundational dance style that once mastered will assist a gymnast with learning other dance/movement styles, AND improve their technical abilities for their chosen Sport in general!

I have specifically chosen exercises that are designed FOR GYMNASTS to gain the most “bang for their buck” in the shortest time possible!
