Description: Some activities to help athletes to improve and increase their active flexibility and leg holding abilities
Duration: Two to Three minutes
Periodisation: Frequency is key here…a minimum of 4 – 5 times per week
Primary Devlopment Area: Legs held to the front, side and back
Skills this drill will assist in: All activities that require the ability to show leg holding control and range
Especially helpful for: All athletes (in particular those who struggle with body alignment issues due to lack of appropriate types of ACTIVE flexibility
