I’m am so very pleased to be spending 5 weeks with all of you! Artistry in Gymnastics has neveer been a more vital or important area of our sport to explore; so what better time to dig deep than during Lockdown – Part 2!

The Movement Replay section is where you can access the recorded video of the entire Movement session!  So if you would like to re-experience the session OR if your internet goes down during class, you won’t miss out! 

The Challenge Activities section is where you can access the “homework” activities that have been designed to help you more fully understand some of the theory concepts from class!
